Welcome to the official account help guide for Male Sugar Baby Dating (MSBD). This page explains how to manage your account, update your profile information, understand membership levels, and resolve login issues.

1. Account Basics

How Do I Sign Out?

  • Click your profile avatar in the top-right corner.
  • Select Sign Out.
  • If using a public computer, we strongly recommend clearing your browser cache and cookies.

Membership Types

Standard Member

  • Create and manage your profile
  • Upload public and private photos
  • Basic search (gender, age, location)
  • Send free Winks
  • Reply to messages from PREMIUM members
  • ❌ Cannot initiate conversations

PREMIUM Member

  • Send unlimited messages and chat
  • Access advanced search filters
  • Control photo and profile privacy settings
  • Hide your profile from search
  • Change your username
  • No feature restrictions
To upgrade, log in and click the UPGRADE button in the top navigation.

2. Login & Account Recovery

Login Issues

  • Verify your email and password are entered correctly.
  • Re-type credentials manually.
  • Use the password reset option if needed.

Forgot Your Password?

  • Click Forgot Password.
  • Enter your registered email.
  • Check your inbox (including spam folder).
  • Password reset links expire within 24 hours.

Account Suspended?

If you see a verification or suspension notice, your account may have been temporarily flagged by our system for review. Please contact support for assistance.

How to Reactivate Your Account

  • Log into your account.
  • Click Reactivate.
  • Wait for approval if required.

3. Profile Settings

How to Edit Your Profile

  • Click your profile avatar → My Profile.
  • Select the edit icon.
  • Click Save or Submit.

Change Username

Username changes are available to PREMIUM members only.

Change Password or Email

  • Go to Settings → My Account.

Change Age

For safety and verification purposes, age updates require identity confirmation:

  • Submit a short verification video.
  • Hold a paper displaying: Website Name + Registered Email + Current Date.

Hide Your Profile

PREMIUM members may hide their profile under:

  • Settings → Privacy

Delete or Deactivate Account

  • Go to Settings → My Account.
  • Enter your password.
  • Select delete or deactivate.
Deletion Policy:
• Accounts reactivated within 6 months will be restored automatically.
• Accounts inactive beyond 6 months may be permanently removed.
• Public community content may remain visible according to our content policy.
