Membership, Billing & Refund Policy

This page explains how paid memberships, billing cycles, automatic renewals, and refund policies work at Male Sugar Baby Dating (MSBD). We are committed to transparency and consumer protection compliance.

1. Subscription Information

1.1 How to Check Your Expiration Date

  • Click your profile avatar in the top-right corner
  • Select SETTINGS
  • Open Subscriptions
  • View your expiration date

1.2 Accepted Payment Methods

We currently support:

  • Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Debit / Check Cards
  • CCBill
⚠ PayPal is currently not supported.

2. Auto-Renewal Policy

2.1 Why Was My Subscription Renewed?

All paid memberships are enrolled in automatic renewal by default. Your subscription will renew:

  • For the same duration
  • At the same price (unless otherwise notified)
  • Until manually canceled

This ensures uninterrupted access to PREMIUM features.

2.2 How to Turn Off Auto Renewal

  • Click your avatar → SETTINGS
  • Select Subscriptions
  • Click the cancellation link
  • Select CONTINUE MANAGEMENT
  • Confirm cancellation
After disabling auto-renewal:
  • You retain PREMIUM access until expiration
  • Your account automatically reverts to Standard membership after expiry

3. Refunds & Billing Charges

3.1 Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refund requests may be eligible for:

  • Full refund
  • Prorated refund (depending on usage)

Most refund inquiries are reviewed within one business day.

3.2 How Charges Appear on Your Statement

If paid via credit/debit card:

  • Success MSBD
  • Success*MSBD

If paid via CCBill:

  • CCBill.com *MSBD

3.3 Important Notice About Disputes

Filing a chargeback without contacting our support team may result in account suspension and additional review procedures. If you notice an unfamiliar charge, please contact us first so we can resolve the issue promptly.

4. Payment Issues

4.1 Credit Card Declined

  • Ensure your billing address matches your bank records
  • Verify card number, expiration date, and CVV
  • Contact your issuing bank
  • Try an alternative card if necessary

4.2 Debit Card Requirements

  • Card must display your name
  • Card must include a CVV security code
  • Prepaid or anonymous cards may be declined

4.3 PayPal

PayPal payments are not supported at this time. Please use a supported card or CCBill.

5. Apple / iOS Subscription Cancellation

How to Cancel on iPhone or iPad

  1. Open Settings
  2. Tap your Apple ID (your name at the top)
  3. Select Subscriptions
  4. Choose the relevant subscription
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription
If you do not see a cancel option, the subscription has already been canceled.
