1. Uploading Photos
Upload Methods
Method 1: Computer
- Go to the top-right Profile
- Click Add Photos
- Upload your photo directly
Method 2: Email
- Send your photo to our support email: support@malesugarbabydating.com
- Requirements:
- Minimum 200×200 pixels
- Maximum 50 MB
- Formats: gif / jpg / jpeg / png
- No nudity, pornography, child, or infringing content
- Photos are reviewed and uploaded within 24 hours
Method 3: Mobile App
- Download the MSBD App
- Upload photos from gallery or take a new photo
Pending Photo Review
Photos may be re-reviewed if:
- You edit the photo description
- You reset your primary photo
2. Photo Management
Blur / Mask Photos
- Go to My Profile
- Select the photo
- Use the Mask feature to blur
- Applicable to profile photo and public album
Public vs Private Albums
- Public Album: Visible to all members; privacy settings adjustable
- Private Album: Visible only to authorized members; can check access list
Moving Photos from Public to Private
- Primary photo cannot be moved
- Other photos:
- Click the photo's top-right …
- Select Move to Private Album
Sharing Private Albums
- Method 1: In Chat
- Open chat with member
- Click …
- Select Share My Private Album
- Method 2: From Profile Page
- Go to member's profile
- Click …
- Select Share My Private Album
⚠ All photos must be approved before sharing.
Revoking Access to Private Photos
- Profile > Private > PHOTO REQUESTS FROM OTHERS
- Select PRIVATE PHOTO / VIDEO ACCESS > Remove from list
- Or from chat: click … > Unshare Private Album
3. Photo Verification
Primary Photo Verification Steps
- Click Verifications
- Select MAIN PHOTO
- Click Verify by Selfie Video
- Follow on-screen instructions to complete selfie video
Review time: usually within 1 business day; notification sent within 24 hours.
4. Hidden Profile
When your profile is hidden:
- Others cannot view your profile
- Others cannot like or send Winks
- You can still send and receive messages
⚠ Hidden status does not block your messaging capabilities.
5. Primary Photo Tips
Do
- Use a photo taken within the last 6 months
- Only include yourself
- Clear close-up or half-body shot
- Show natural daily appearance
- Smile
- Crop out unnecessary background
- Face clearly visible without obstruction
Don't
- Wear sunglasses or hats
- Use blurry or dark photos
- Cover your face
- Include multiple people in the photo
- Over-edit or excessively retouch images
