2. Account Freeze & Subscription Management
Currently, MSBD does not support freezing PREMIUM memberships.
If you wish to stop recurring billing:
- Click your profile photo (top right)
- Select Settings
- Navigate to Subscriptions
- Turn off auto-renewal
Once auto-renewal is disabled, your membership will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.
